In the U.S. Marine Corps a motivator, or someone who is “MOTO” is a person who shares his or her words of motivation with others. Someone who motivates or stimulates others to take action to pursue and complete a mission or goal. MotoMe is our call-to-action. Motivation is reciprocal, it’s our job to MOTOvate you, but when we see you succeed… You, MOTOvate Me to stay in the fight and fulfill our purpose also!
Anyone who is taking action to pursue and realize a dream, aspiration, or a goal is living the #MotoMeLife.

Our high-energy MOTOvational speaking, and informal-education execution, spurs new ideas while providing actionable strategies that will enhance the morale and energy level of any group.
We’ve MOTOvated veterans, truck drivers, high schools, churches, businesses, and more, on topics like business, fitness, health, spirituality, relationships, financial management, time management, dining etiquette, and many other disciplines of personal-development. We are successful because we address the multiple styles of learning (visual, aural, verbal, physical) and incorporate them in our talks, seminars and programs. We keep the audience physically and mentally engaged by providing visual information, time to take notes, a MOTOvated audio experience and a mix of kinesthetic movements.
MotoMe, LLC serves Humans (i.e. Veterans, truck drivers, empowered women, high school students, college students, business'/organizations and more) who are ready to COMMIT to the change they say they desire. The people we serve know they have more to offer themselves and the world, but may have difficulty matching their MOTOvated goals with their consistent daily actions. We meet you where you are, grow with you, struggle with you, and ultimately SUCCEED with you!
A Coach is a resource to help people who may have difficulty matching their goals with their consistent daily actions. There are life coaches for every age group, life stage, ambition, and goal you can imagine. Coaches help clients identify obstacles and challenges in their lives, train them to grow through those adversities, and help them to recognize opportunities to reach their ultimate dreams and goals.
A MotoMe Coach is certified to train with you, not only on your physical body health via our Personal Training, but also in the other 4 Areas of Life through our Transformational Life Coaching. MotoMe Coaches use an interdisciplinary life coaching model offering a personal-development + personal-fitness-training combined plan. We provide strategies for attaining ambitions, help you create and map your vision, and hold you accountable to your desired outcomes. MotoMe Coaches train you in what you need, to maintain sustainable results in your life. The knowledge is out there for you to do this on your own, BUT the buddy system works! As Bruce Lee said, “I cannot teach you, only help you explore yourself.” We meet you where you are, grow with you, struggle with you, and ultimately SUCCEED with you!
Consistently throughout our experience and our studies we have learned that there are 5 Areas of Life that people are seeking to improve (Relationships, Health/Wellness, Intellect/Knowledge, Finances, and a form of Spirituality/Great Contribution) and there are 5 Stages of Change that they are moving through. We coach Sustainable Transformation using an interdisciplinary approach including personal fitness + post traumatic growth (PTG) + positive psychology + self-development + counter-conditioning + stimulus control and many other skills, tools and techniques that are important to living what we call the #MotoMeLife.

We focus on calisthenic functional fitness and movement. Most of our programs do not require any equipment. MotoMe strives to instruct fitness for everyday movement, to do anywhere. No excuses. If you don't belong to a gym GREAT. If you do, GREAT! We can team up with you wherever you are.
Yes, we do!! Our team has been instructing yoga classes for 4 years, specializing with seniors, veterans, and truckers. We are happy to include it in your program should you desire. We’ve discovered that the typical yoga-curious person wants an experience that:
- They can understand
- Is structured for their level of fitness and
- Strengthens the mind
With this desired style of yoga in mind we:
- Instruct in English and don't use Sanskrit. Sanskrit is a language we aren't fluent in, although we are currently learning spanish 🙂
- We provide many forms of modifications to increase or decrease the challenge of the physical movement and personalize it to you
- We teach skills to strengthen self awareness, breathing techniques and forms of meditation
